Terms — BusinessDash (Human rendering)
Version 1.7 · Effective 30-10-2026 Same agreement as the Clear version, just friendlier words. If any wording ever differs, the Clear (plain) version v1.7 is the one that counts.
Status: APPROVED by BJS on 29-10-2026 (version 1.7). Written from what this product's code actually does and stores. Not legal advice; no lawyer has reviewed this text.
Built with AI: this product, including this document, was written with the help of Anthropic's Claude under human direction and review. No customer data is sent to an AI.
1. Who you're dealing with
BusinessDash is made and run by We make AI work s.r.o. — a Czech company, IČO 29697115, based at Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered at the Regional Court in Brno, file C 152497. The product has its own name, but the company behind every promise on this page is us. Want to reach a human? support@businessdash.eu — we read it.
2. When these terms apply
Use BusinessDash, create an account, or buy something — and these terms are the deal between us. If they're not okay with you, that's fine too, just don't use the service.
3. What you actually get — what BusinessDash is
BusinessDash is the front door to the suite: one company account, and from it you open the tools. The first tool is AccountingDash, for the books. You sign up (your address and your company's name — we mail you a link) or get invited — either way you then make a passkey on your phone or computer. No password, nothing to forget. Got a Google account with the same address? Once you're in, you can sign in with Google too — Google then knows you signed in here. You can belong to more than one organisation, with a role in each. When you open a tool, BusinessDash tells it who you are and which company you're working for; what you can do inside the tool is up to the tool. Lost your passkeys? We mail you a one-time link and you make a new one. The account costs nothing, and nothing is sold on this site — a tool that costs money says so, with the price, on its own pages before you pay. One person, one account; owners answer for who they invite. Want out? Hit “Close your account” on your account page (your passkey confirms it's you) or write to support@businessdash.eu, and we erase you everywhere in the suite — after offering you a download of your company's data first. If you're the last owner of a company that still has people in it, hand the keys to someone first. Closing the whole company? An owner can delete the organisation from the account page. It happens 30 days later, not now: any owner can call it off until then, everyone in it sees the date, and owners get a reminder a week and a day before. Then nobody can sign in any more and every tool deletes the company's data — all of it, the invoices you issued included. We keep no copy: keeping your tax records for as long as the law says is your company's job, not ours. So take your download first.
4. Paying
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Mollie handles the payment — we never see or store your card number. We're not VAT-registered, so no surprise tax lines. If we ever change prices, whatever you've already paid for stays exactly as it was.
5. The 14-day rule, honestly
EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about online purchases — with one exception we have to use: when you buy digital content that's delivered instantly (a pass, an unlock), you agree we deliver right away, and that means the 14-day return window closes at that moment. That's § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code doing its thing. Subscriptions are simpler: cancel anytime, you keep what you paid for until the period runs out.
6. Fair play
Don't use the service to do anything illegal, don't try to break it, flood it, scrape it, resell it, or sneak past the payment gate. If someone does that seriously, we can suspend their account — with a warning first, whenever that's possible.
7. If something goes wrong
We build with care, but no service is perfect. Where the law allows it, we're not on the hook for indirect damage or outages beyond our control, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. Where the law says liability can't be limited — it isn't. Consumer rights stay fully intact.
8. Your data
The short version: we collect as little as possible and sell nothing. The full, honest story is in the Privacy Policy at https://businessdash.eu/privacy — it's genuinely short.
9. When these terms change
If the service, prices or the law change, these terms follow. The current version always lives at https://businessdash.eu/terms with its number and date. Big changes to a running subscription? We tell you beforehand, and you can walk away before they kick in.
10. If we disagree
Czech law applies, Czech courts decide — but your home country's consumer protections always stand. Prefer not to go to court? The Czech Trade Inspection (ČOI) runs a free dispute service at https://adr.coi.cz, and the EU has one at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
